We want to get your NestKit products to you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping times
Standard shipping (United States): 7 to 15 business days. Expedited shipping (United States): 5 to 10 business days. International shipping: 14 to 25 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
Shipping costs
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies. Expedited and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@nestkit.shop.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
